Their team was incredibly friendly, approachable and flexible. There were lots of moving parts with our install related to other contractors and renovations going on, but Mendieta was very accommodating and made it work. Their price was very competitive, and they worked hard to earn our business when we were deciding between two companies. We were also dealing with the sudden change to the provincial rebate program, and Mendieta quickly provided the rebate program with all the extra documentation needed, as well as ensured a speedy install so we would get our rebate before the deadline. The install itself was clean and when a certain part didn't fit, they came back the next day with a custom fabricated piece. We did have an issue with the AC the week after install but one of their techs came out and got it fixed for us- we've had no issues since then and are loving our cool home during the summer heat!

After approved, Sunith can and performed the work to address the faulty installation of a precious HVAC company.

Our house was trickier than expected and they ended up taking 4 full days. The technicians and owner were very friendly and always on time every morning they worked on our house, there were sometimes 5 people working at once. Very hard working team and professional. The ac is cold, quiet, looks good and we’re super happy! The price is affordable compared to other companies we got quotes from. Would recommend them to anyone to install a heatpump. This company has friendly hard working people who took the time and effort to take us on when we were left in a jam with our original AC installer and given incorrect maintenance info.  Everyone from the Admin staff (Gabriella) to our friendly hard working technician (Sunith) and even the Owner took time to phone personally when I had questions.  They worked hard to accommodate schedules and questions about maintenance packages.  Sunith took the time to show us what he was working on and unfortunately had to contend with a bigger than normal job due to our original installer's negligence.  They are on Lennox's recommended service provider list on their website.
