We had a great experience with Mendieta AC Services, who swapped our old gas furnace for a heat pump/air handler. Their team was incredibly friendly, approachable and flexible. There were lots of moving parts with our install related to other contractors and renovations going on, but Mendieta was very accommodating and made it work. Their price was very competitive, and they worked hard to earn our business when we were deciding between two companies. We were also dealing with the sudden change to the provincial rebate program, and Mendieta quickly provided the rebate program with all the extra documentation needed, as well as ensured a speedy install so we would get our rebate before the deadline. The install itself was clean and when a certain part didn't fit, they came back the next day with a custom fabricated piece. We did have an issue with the AC the week after install but one of their techs came out and got it fixed for us- we've had no issues since then and are loving our cool home during the summer heat!

Great experience with Mendieta.

Sunith came and diagnosed the issue with my heat pump and later was provided with a quote.

After approved, Sunith can and performed the work to address the faulty installation of a precious HVAC company.

All in all it was a great experience with Mendieta.

We had a heatpump with 4 heads installed by Mendieta and they gave us amazing service from start to finish! Our house was trickier than expected and they ended up taking 4 full days. The technicians and owner were very friendly and always on time every morning they worked on our house, there were sometimes 5 people working at once. Very hard working team and professional. The ac is cold, quiet, looks good and we’re super happy! The price is affordable compared to other companies we got quotes from. Would recommend them to anyone to install a heatpump. Thanks again 😃

We are very grateful to the Mendieta team for their excellent work with our AC install. Ours was a big job, with 6 min-splits installed into a complicated space. We were very impressed with the solutions-oriented approach Freddy and his team took when encountering the unexpected challenges that arose with our install, problem-solving and offering the best options to ensure we were satisfied. They are all very professional and genuinely kind individuals, and it was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

I highly recommend Mendieta Air Conditioning.

We had a very complicated commercial refrigeration issue at our Freshslice Pizza location, and the team at Mandieta Air Conditioning Services did an outstanding job from start to finish.

They responded quickly, took the time to properly diagnose the problem, and didn't just offer a temporary fix—they identified the root cause and resolved it professionally. Their knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, attention to detail, and commitment to getting everything working correctly were truly impressive.

Throughout the process, they kept us informed, were honest about the work required, and ensured minimal disruption to our business. It's not easy finding a contractor you can trust, but Mandieta ACS has definitely earned ours.

I highly recommend Mandieta Air Conditioning Services to any business looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC and refrigeration experts. Thank you for helping us get back up and running!

Great service! The technician came to repair the unit in our food trailer and did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and quickly fixed the issue.

Everything is working perfectly now, which is so important for our business. Really appreciate the fast and reliable service—highly recommend!

This company has friendly hard working people who took the time and effort to take us on when we were left in a jam with our original AC installer and given incorrect maintenance info. Everyone from the Admin staff (Gabriella) to our friendly hard working technician (Sunith) and even the Owner took time to phone personally when I had questions. They worked hard to accommodate schedules and questions about maintenance packages. Sunith took the time to show us what he was working on and unfortunately had to contend with a bigger than normal job due to our original installer's negligence. They are on Lennox's recommended service provider list on their website.
